tayang menu udang .... resepi ni dah lama terperap lepas tu baru fikir nak cuba ..sebenarnya bila wani tengok bahan -bahan semua untuk resepi ni memang dah agak sure sedap..... dalam resepi ni guna 1 kg udang ... yang masak ni tak lah guna banyak tu... 1 kg banyak tu ..so adjust-adjust la bahan-bahan tu ya .. masuk itu masuk ini.. hihi.. . memang sedap tau sebab rasa masam manis .. dan bau serai tu yang naik aroma... nampak kat gambar ni blur sikit tapi kalau pergi dekat blog love2cook tu wah betapa cantiknya gambar dia macam tulah udang tu ... sila lah klik-klik kat sana.  .. resepi macam kat bawah... terima kasih kerana berkongsi ... :)) cubalah tau ya .. just  simple ingredients  tapi yummy.!!!!!!!!!!!!



HOT & SPICY MAYONNAISEE PRAWN FRY

Ingredients :~

(A)
  • 1 kg large prawn ~ skinned & veined, leave the tail intact
  • 1 egg ~ beaten
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
(B)
  • 2 cm ginger ~ chopped
  • 5 lemongrass stalks ~ sliced lengthwise
  • 10 - 15 nos bird's eye chilli ~ chopped ( reduce or add as you wish )
  • 3 - 4 tbsp chilli sauce / Thai chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • cooking oil
Method :~
  1. In a bowl, mix together ingredients (A) and let to marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Fry the marinated prawn in oil until golden. Drain on a separate plate.
  3. Reduce oil, stir fry ginger and lemongrass until fragrant. Add bird's eye chilli and mix.
  4. Add chilli sauce and sweet soy sauce, stir. Add water and salt, let the gravy boil. 
  5. Mix in the fried prawns. 
  6. Quickly add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Ready to serve. ;)
